this article was about the money that it takes to maintain and support the millions of people in precision did you know that it cost tax payers about 63 billion dollars per year and that most of them are for petty crimes like a bag of weed hopping trains and so forth there are many people that argue that the admiration rate for inmates are more then 50% across the board and they tend to graduate  to more serious crimes so it is somewhat of an education

  1. Awesome video!:) very informative however the petty crimes is whats making our economy struggle so they are not so petty when it comes to the government realizing the increase in crime rates over the years.
